The Martinez Police Officer’s Association is a union of law enforcement professionals that represents the sworn police officers and sergeants of the Martinez Police Department. The MPOA’s mission is to work with and in the community to help create a better quality of life and to give back to the community by charitable events, service, and donations.
The MPOA represents our members in contract negotiations, contract enforcement, discipline matters, and advances the interests of its members within the department, the county and throughout the state.
We constantly strive to provide the highest level of service to the community, and to uphold a positive and professional law enforcement image.
The M.P.O.A. is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization.
